Thoughts: I got back into yoga recently, and my favorite part of practicing yoga is the ending. I love the ending because the way it teaches me gratefulness. After every session I end with two phrases,” Thank you” and ” By the mercy of my teachers”. These two phrases remind to be thankful for everything, the beauty, and the struggle. They also remind to always pay if forward because you never do this thing alone. P.E.A.C.E.
