Thoughts: The theme for today is freedom. Freedom is not some abstract or meta idea but a pragmatic understanding of freedom. So what does it mean to be free as an individual? What is the truth in freedom? What are practical examples of freedom? These are the questions I am reckoning with today.

Note: In addition to attaching the audio for this song I have also attached the performance of the song from the 2016 BET Awards. If you have the time to watch the video I suggest that you do because Queen B and K-Dot do their thing on that stage! Furthermore, I believe the performance serves as a poignant example of freedom.
